Shipping & Returns
We charge £4.00 for standard shipping. This is a 48 hour tracked service with Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3pm the same working day, and all orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day unless otherwise specified.
We also offer international shipping. Just email us at email@example.com with your country and products of choice and we will provide the shipping fee.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return, unused to us within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
What postage method should I use for return?
If you choose to return or exchange an item then unfortunately you will need to pay for the cost of postage as we are a small business. Also, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit we advise you to get proof of postage.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once your order has arrived back safely with us we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days.
What if my order is faulty?
Every effort is made to ensure that your purchase is of the highest standard but in the unlikely event that there is a problem please get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to correct it. You are responsible for inspecting the goods on delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported to the delivery team and annotated on any paperwork at the point of delivery. Once goods have been delivered and signed for the customer is liable for any subsequent damage or loss.
