RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Hi! If you are visiting this page you are probably curious about returns & exchanges. We understand that you may be feeling like returns & exchanges are a hassle but we hope that this page can help you restore your belief in the simplicity of the process. First things first.   1. YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND? THAT’S OKAY, THERE IS A WAY.

We do understand that sometimes you end up changing your mind. We hope we can make the return process as simple as possibly. We will offer a refund on any unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of the package being delivered, UK deliveries, and 30 days for international deliveries. Importantly, we must inform you that sadly we can’t offer refunds on briefs because of hygiene reasons.

All refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the item(s) in accordance with the Terms & Conditions*. All returned goods must be accompanied with a delivery note (which comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.

  1. YOUR ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED & INCORRECT? OOPS.

We apologise for any delay this may have caused you! To ensure that this little misstep won’t cost you any extra we will include the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item as well as the postage you paid when returning the item to us, along with your refund. We hope that when your new/correct item arrives, the wait will no longer seem like an inconvenience.

  1. WRONG SIZE? EXCHANGE IT IS STRESS FREE.

It happens. We will offer an exchange on any unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of the package being delivered, UK deliveries, and 30 days for international deliveries. Importantly, we must inform you that sadly we can’t offer exchanges on briefs because of hygiene reasons. Please remember that you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us. All returned goods must be accompanied with a delivery note (which comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.

  1. WHAT’S THE RETURN ADDRESS?

Items purchased online can be returned via post to the following address:

If you are returning goods please take them to your local post office and send them recorded delivery to the above address (this is to ensure that it doesn’t get lost, since we are unable to refund goods which are lost in the post). If the goods returned are faulty we will of course refund the postage incurred in returning these items to us!

DELIVERY

We will aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have given in your order. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched if the goods you have ordered are not in stock at the time of placing your order or they are to be dispatched to an address outside of the UK.  If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.

Postal charges payable for goods dispatched in the UK will be notified to you in Confirmation of Order.

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time payment for the goods is received by us in full. The risk in any product ordered will pass to you upon dispatch of your order.

If you cancel before the delivery of any goods your money will be refunded and the goods will not be delivered.

Additionally, we offer a free delivery for orders within Europe that are valued £120 and over.

Refunds and exchanges

We will offer a refund or exchange on an unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of it being received by you for UK deliveries and 30 days for international deliveries. For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchange can be accepted on briefs. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the item(s) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
If an item is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us (this does not affect your statutory rights).
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us and when purchasing the item.

Before returning any product, please email elliot@sellerswithastory.com indicating in your email the reason why the goods are being returned. All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for a refund that has been damaged in transit. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
