DOES THE PARCEL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?

For security reasons all UK parcels are sent requiring a signature from the customer upon arrival. International customers who select the secure delivery option will be required to sign for their parcel upon arrival.

Any UK customers who do not want to sign for their parcel upon arrival must state this in the order notes at checkout or email the company after placing an order stating their intentions. The parcel(s) will then be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard, free of charge. Although the company will always make every effort to ensure the safe arrival of your order, any non-signature parcels that go missing in the post will not be insured by the company and a refund will not be offered.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS -

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of arrival. All items returned to us must be in re-sale condition with tags still attached, unless there is a fault with the garment (a manufacturing defect e.g. rip, tear, mark). 

Returning a non faulty item

  1. If you wish to return your non faulty order you must first email the company to request a returns and exchanges form. 
  2. Once this is completed you must send back the product(s), with the form, to the address found on the form. You can either include the completed form in the parcel or email it back to us at elliot@sellerswithastory.com (we advise all customers to consider this option before printing). 
  3. A member of the Morcant team will then inspect the returned product upon arrival to ensure it meets the outlined criteria. If we are happy that the product can be re-sold we will send a full refund to you, please allow some time for this to arrive back in your bank. You will be notified as soon as the team have inspected your return and a refund has been issued. 

Returning a faulty item

Although we make sure to personally quality check each item before delivery, if a fault is found and the company are informed within 14 days of arrival, we will be happy to issue a full refund.

  1. If you wish to return your faulty order you must first email the company to request a returns and exchanges form.
  2. Once this is completed you must send back the form via email to elliot@sellerswithastory.com, with the defect section complete. We will require a full explanation and photographic evidence to inspect before issuing the refund. If you are unable to send photographic evidence please follow the steps above so we may inspect the product ourselves. 
  3. You will be notified as soon as the team have inspected the evidence and a refund has been issued, please allow some time for this to arrive in your bank.

EXCHANGES -

All orders can be exchanged with us within 14 days of arrival. All items you wish to exchange must be in re-sale condition with tags still attached, unless there is a fault with the garment. Reasons to exchange your products include the need for a new size, the desire for a different colour or the need for a new item due to a fault with the original. 

If you now wish to have a completely different product please return the item, await the refund and then purchase new product in a separate transaction.

  1. If you wish to exchange your non faulty order you must first email the company to request a returns and exchanges form. 
  2. Once this is completed you must send back the product(s), with the form either included in the parcel or after you have emailed the completed form back to us (we advise all customers to consider this option before printing), to the address found on the form.
  3. A member of the Morcant team will then inspect the exchanged product upon arrival to ensure it meets the outlined criteria. If we are happy that the product can be re-sold we will send your new item to you, with no extra delivery fee. You will be notified as soon as the team have inspected your item and the new product has been dispatched.

If the new size or colour you require are not in stock at the time you wish to exchange your item, the company will either issue a full refund under the returns regulations or allow for the customer to use the value of the exchanged item towards another Morcant product (if the new item is cheaper we will refund the difference). 

Customers will be notified at each stage of the exchange process. Please allow sometime for any returns to arrive in your bank.

Other

We retain the right to refund the customer if stock levels change (or become out of stock) after purchase, and/or shipping/delivery fees (charges) change after purchase and/or other system errors occur after purchase.
