Nereus London was born out of a need for genuinely sustainable premium beauty care products.
There are many brands that have launched sustainable offerings but almost always at some cost - whether it’s to the aesthetics, product performance, or both. We didn’t want to compromise on any of those factors, so we endeavoured to create packaging that looks premium, natural formulations that actually work, and 100% natural fragrances that are both organic and smell amazing.
Our brand goal is to deliver an excellent product experience with the environment at the heart and soul of every decision. We want our customers to have all the benefits of a high-end products, without compromising their sustainable principles.
Hi everyone! James and Diana here - we thought it was best to introduce ourselves and tell you a little about why we created Nereus London.
With James spending 12 years working for a multinational focusing on beauty products, and Diana working in the fashion industry, we felt like we wanted to do something more meaningful with our lives.
We decided to combine our skills and create products that we felt were missing from the market - beauty products that were not only of the highest quality in terms of performance, but also all-natural and environmentally sustainable.
We were also spurred on by the overuse of black plastic products in the beauty industry, it’s often assumed that like other plastics, it gets recycled. However, this is rarely the case and it almost invariably ends up in landfills or even worse, the ocean. For us, this is something we found totally unacceptable.
With that firm foundation in place, we worked tirelessly to design, source, and create the luxury hair and body care products you can see today.
We’re proud that we’ve managed to achieve a plastic-free supply chain, which was a result of visiting every single one of our suppliers in person. We selected them based on the interviews we had with them, as well as looking at a detailed analysis of their sustainability goals and impacts.
Product performance and ingredient sourcing is key to us, and when choosing our formulations manufacturer and essential oils suppliers, we looked at two factors. Firstly, their passion for sustainability and secondly, the unparalleled level of attention they give to developing outstanding fragrances and formulations.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive in the UK. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, but email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 day has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (( if applicant))
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
