Raspberry and Peppercorn Two Wick 250ml





Handmade in Harpenden was founded by Henry and Farhana in 2017. Conscious of her environment having grown up with asthma and numerous allergies, Farhana’s fascination with fragrances naturally led her to use natural essential oils to fill her life with beautiful scents.

 Meanwhile Henry, having spent three years in a laboratory, was learning the perfumery skills to create the scents that induced nostalgic memories from their travels and childhoods. Our philosophy is to work in the most sustainable way possible. This is why we only source our materials from UK manufacturers, and use a specially blended plant-based wax containing only coconut and rapeseed.

The Product

Sophisticated fruity floral dominated by notes of fresh raspberries and cherries warmed with pink and black peppercorns and intertwined with a plethora of transparent floral underscored with creamy musks. 

A substantial two wick 250ml amber candle comes in a custom stamped, organic cotton gift bag. 

Additional Information 

Our handmade candles are sustainable, and use only natural, plant-based ingredients. Our wax is a blend of coconut and rapeseed, making it the most sustainable on the market as it avoids rainforest destroying crops like soy, and doesn’t use any petroleum paraffin wax. 

This candle is 250ml and will burn for approximately 45 hours. When lighting for the first time, please allow the wax to melt to the very sides of the jar - if you don’t do this, it can cause the candle to ‘tunnel’ and waste wax. The maximum recommended burn time is 4 hrs per burn. Always trim wick after each burn to 5mm by cutting off the burnt ends when cool.

 We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3pm the same working day, and all orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day unless otherwise specified.

We also offer international shipping. Just email us at elliot@sellerswithastory.com with your country and products of choice and we will provide the shipping fee.

Do you cover import taxes for international orders?

No, we do not cover any extra taxes from your end if you are ordering from outside of the UK.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping terms

We charge £4.00 for standard shipping. This is a 48 hour tracked service with Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within one to two working days unless otherwise specified.

We also offer international shipping. Just email us at elliot@sellerswithastory.com with your country and products of choice and we will provide the shipping estimate.

Return terms

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return, unused to us within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. 

We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. 

What postage method should I use for return?

If you choose to return or exchange an item then, unfortunately, you will need to pay for the cost of postage as we are a small business. Also, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit we advise you to get proof of postage.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once your order has arrived back safely with us we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days. 

What if my order is faulty?

Every effort is made to ensure that your purchase is of the highest standard but in the unlikely event that there is a problem please get in touch by emailing hello@handmadeinharpenden.com and we will endeavour to correct it. You are responsible for inspecting the goods on delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported to the delivery team and annotated on any paperwork at the point of delivery. Once goods have been delivered and signed for the customer is liable for any subsequent damage or loss.


We retain the right to refund the customer if stock levels change (or become out of stock) after purchase, and/or shipping/delivery fees (charges) change after purchase and/or other system errors occur after purchase.
