Please email us to check any shipping import duties if you purchasing from the EU.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our best to ensure whatever you order exceeds expectation. However due to the nature of the organic materials we salvage please be mindful that small marks and imperfections are common. Again we are constantly tweaking ways to improve your experience and overall satisfaction. If you believe we are overlooking anything please let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org
We aim to ship all stocked items within 24 hours. For all bespoke ‘made to order’ products we take up to 3 weeks before dispatching. We will email you with a tracking code to notify you once your parcel has been dispatched. Please note delivery times are not guaranteed especially during very busy periods like Christmas and UK bank holidays.
Spend: £0 to £99 is £5 shipping fee - tracked and signed for
Spend: over £100 for free shipping
Spend: £0 to £199 is £15 - tracked and signed for.
Spend: over £200 is £5 shipping fee - tracked and signed for
£15 shipping fee on all orders - tracked and signed for
Rest of the world
£20 shipping fee on all orders - tracked and signed for
Hopefully you and your new PAS-MAN companion will hit if off but if there are any problems, or you change your mind (happens to be best of us) just contact us within 14 days of receipt (starting the day after delivery) for a full product refund. We can exchange your bag for another colour if the recipient changes their mind within 30 days of receiving the bag. Unfortunately we can't refund the cost of postage.
Refunds usually take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
Unless it's faulty, if you do decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means clean, unworn, unwashed in in its original packaging.
Responsibility for the retun is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for proof of postage and send the parcel tracked.

We retain the right to refund the customer if stock levels change (or become out of stock) after purchase, and/or shipping/delivery fees (charges) change after purchase and/or other system errors occur after purchase.
